The Camino Documentary (working title) embarks on a journey with five strangers from around the world as they attempt to cross an entire country on foot – with only a backpack, a pair of boots and an open mind. Driven by an inexplicable calling and a grand sense of adventure, each pilgrim throws themselves heart-and-soul into their physical trek to Santiago and, most importantly, their personal journey to themselves.
I LOVED IT!!! The cinematography is absolutely stunning, the characters are intriguing, the editing was wonderful. It's beautifully structured, emotionally compelling, and satisfying in every detail.
I believe you have grasped quite well the spirit and the reality of the Camino. You do justice to our landscape and history.
'Well, I'll start the 23-minute trailer and watch for a few minutes,' I said to myself. I couldn't stop watching, for it is absolutely compelling. For me, this is an adventure story, a love story, a self-discovery story and a spiritual journey, too.
Every time I see something about the Camino shivers go down my spine... it's true: if everyone from this world would experience it at least once in life, this world would certainly be a better place. Thanks a lot for your courage, it inspires a lot of people.
