"Congratulations on your documentary. Blythe and I watched (the trailer) and were really impressed. We found ourselves intrigued by the prospect of walking the Camino, and while we're unable to join you (on the tour this October), perhaps one day we'll try it on our own.

"Best of luck, and we'll keep our eyes open for the finished project. Buen Camino."
- Dan Brown, author of The Da Vinci Code

The Camino Documentary (working title) embarks on a journey with five strangers from around the world as they attempt to cross an entire country on foot – with only a backpack, a pair of boots and an open mind. Driven by an inexplicable calling and a grand sense of adventure, each pilgrim throws themselves heart-and-soul into their physical trek to Santiago and, most importantly, their personal journey to themselves.

What People Are Saying

I LOVED IT!!! The cinematography is absolutely stunning, the characters are intriguing, the editing was wonderful. It's beautifully structured, emotionally compelling, and satisfying in every detail.

- Shirley Gutierrez, Film Editor, KQED, San Francisco, USA

I believe you have grasped quite well the spirit and the reality of the Camino. You do justice to our landscape and history.

- Inocencio F. Arias, Consul General of Spain

'Well, I'll start the 23-minute trailer and watch for a few minutes,' I said to myself. I couldn't stop watching, for it is absolutely compelling. For me, this is an adventure story, a love story, a self-discovery story and a spiritual journey, too.

- Richard, Oregon, USA

Every time I see something about the Camino shivers go down my spine... it's true: if everyone from this world would experience it at least once in life, this world would certainly be a better place. Thanks a lot for your courage, it inspires a lot of people.

- Agota Henter-Toth, Pilgrim, Romania

A great story and timely for our world.

- Julie Thorner, North Carolina, USA

It drew in my spirit with ease, and I quickly felt as though I was meeting these people personally, and sharing in their pain and joy! I look forward to the completed documentary.

- Katherine, Oregon, USA

If you have a soul, you must see this film. If you don't have a soul but would like one, you must see this film.
